Drop the link in the group chat
Friends tap it, type their first name and they're in. Nobody has to make an account.
Split it all up
Claim gear, vote on plans, build the itinerary and log what you paid. Everyone sees the same trip, live.
Checklist
Everyone knows who's bringing the tent.
Tap “I'll bring it” to claim an item. Need two tents? Make it a few-people item and friends tap “Me too” until there are enough. Sleeping bags everyone brings for themselves get their own tally, and anything nobody has claimed stays flagged.
Itinerary
The plan for every day, on a map.
Add stops from Apple Maps and Freya shows them in order with drive times and the day's weather. Plans change? Skip a stop and it's crossed out for everyone, or add one in between. Tap for directions, or an Uber or Lyft there.
Polls
Decide in one tap, not forty messages.
Ask the group, see who voted for what and nudge whoever hasn't. Give each option a place and a time, and when you close the poll the winner goes straight onto the itinerary.
Expenses
Split costs without the spreadsheet.
Log what you paid in seconds, or scan the receipt. Freya works out the fewest payments that square everyone up, with Venmo, Cash App and PayPal buttons that fill in the amount. Mark it paid so everyone can see.
Hide amounts
Enjoy the trip. Do the math later.
Turn on Hide amounts and the totals, balances and everyone else's costs stay hidden until the trip ends. Keep logging as you go, and you still see what you paid. On the last day, it all adds up for everyone at once.
Photos
Every shot in one album.
Everyone's photos land in one place, sorted by day, so nobody has to ask for them. Save the whole album to your phone, and see on a map where each one was taken.
